Fair Skin: How to Clear Dark Spots
Trying to get clear, clean and fair skin can be very frustrating especially when dark spots have their claim on the skin. Dark spots can be caused by illnesses involving internal factors such as Edison’s Disease or hepatic ailments.
Too much iron intake or even pregnancy and menopausal hormone changes can cause dark spots as well as the lack of calcium and vitamins. For some Asian and Latino people, the reason would be the skin’s irritation, inflammation or too much exposure to the sun causing melanin increase in their bodies.
Choose products with hydroquinone, glycolic acid or tretinoin as these are additives in bleaching. Skin brighteners may also work when hydroquinone cannot be tolerated.
Rubbing, scarring and abusing skin in any way would be best avoided so not to add any more dark spots and creating more skin problems.
Other simple treatment would include applying sun block and creams while others may have to go through much extensive remedies like skin peeling and bleaching.
Consult the dermatologist before trying on anything. In this way, one would know what is best and what can be dangerous to the skin and health of a person. Having clear skin and getting rid of dark spots may be a huge want for a person but the safety of a person’s condition must always be put first.
There are a lot of remedies available to clear dark spots on the skin.
Yet, it would be the better option to first check with a dermatologist on the best procedure for each patient.
Simple treatments like using sunscreen with SPF 15 on a daily basis can prevent the sun from causing darkening of the skin.
Picking pimples and squeezing zits must be avoided so not to scar the face and result in dark spots.
