Feeding the Skin with Fruits
Keeping the skin looking beautiful and healthy at all times is not a one time job. Nor is it a very cheap job. Products, facials, spas and never-ending beautifying processes can be very expensive.
Apple juice can be used as a toner and conditioner for the skin, and also works to cleanse the skin and to remove dandruff from the scalp.

Apricot juice, on the other hand is good for itches, eczema, scabies and sun-burn.

Avocado is commonly known for being used as a facial mask, and banana can also be a good source for facial masks.

Cucumber is for whitening skin, especially beneath the eyes, for treating skin break-outs and preventing skin blemishes.

Guava and mango leaves, when boiled are used to heal cuts and sores as a natural antiseptic.

Pineapples and lemons are often used as softeners of rough spots such as the elbows, knees and heels.

Lime juice aids in curing skin blemishes by moisturizing the skin and keeping control of oily skin.

Orange juice, orange and green papaya can be used to prevent pimples and other skin flaws such as pimples, blackheads and whiteheads as well.

Peaches are used to improve complexion and remove wrinkles while strawberries, known to be rich in salicylic acid help with acne problems.


Feeding the skin with the right type of fruits would not only benefit one’s physical appearance and health but could also be a bonus for one’s financial situation.
But, spending so much isn’t necessary at all.

Beautifying oneself and making the skin look healthy can be just around the corner, particularly, in the kitchen!

Fruits are known to be filled with numerous vitamins and minerals and are very healthy for the human body.
