Ideally, moisturizers, in whatever state they are in, must be applied after bath when the skin pores are open and are more able to absorb the moisturizers well.

If you are fond getting a tan, but hate going to the beach at all, it should please you to know that by simply using a liquid moisturizer, you can get a tan without having to go to the beach. The only drawback is that your tan will not last long because liquid moisturizers are easily washed off.
